- Translate marketing strategies into actionable campaigns and tactical execution plans.
- Develop communication approaches tailored to each client while maintaining MANUSA’s brand values and identity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, and campaign activities.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs align with operational capabilities and business objectives.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields with 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, creative agency or similar roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including good proficiency in English and the ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proactive, agile, and highly adaptable with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Creative individual with strong negotiation skills, aligned with company values, and a continuous interest in industry trends and developments.
