Craft compelling campaign narratives and execute end-to-end communication journeys by blending organic, paid, KOL, and community marketing tactics.
Manage audience segmentation and content distribution mechanics across various digital ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) to ensure effective message delivery.
Utilize social listening tools to track cultural shifts, real-time trends, and online behaviors to seize high-impact moments that maximize campaign reach.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to develop measurable strategies, delivering persuasive presentations and storytelling to both clients and internal teams.

Kualifikasi
2–4 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, from crafting campaign narratives to executing organic, paid, KOL, and community strategies.
Deep understanding of multi-platform ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), audience segmentation, and content distribution mechanics.
Ability to leverage cultural moments, social listening tools, and online behaviors to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
Strong data-driven mindset to translate business objectives into measurable strategies and present them compellingly to clients and internal teams.
Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
