PT Multi Sukses Kolabo is seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our dynamic team.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports with other departments (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) for all clients
- Run, monitor and analyze performance of paid digital channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, etc.).
- Track key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize targeting, reach, bidding and budget allocation.
- Support A/B testing on ads, creatives, copy, and landing pages (if needed).
- Deliver insights and recommendations to marketing and business teams
- Monitor GMV contribution from digital campaigns and evaluate ROI
- Stay updated with digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
Tanggung jawab
As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Kualifikasi
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing analysis or performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent understanding in Meta, TikTok Studio, X, LinkedIn
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Excel, and ad platforms
- Understanding of attribution models and e-commerce metrics (GMV, ROI, CPA)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
