- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Build, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships with external partners and industry leaders to support business development and long-term growth.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales and promotion, preferably in the education industry
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced environment
- Wiling to work on-site in Bandung.
