Deskripsi pekerjaan
1. Ensure availability, stability, security, and quality of IT services
2. Provide end-user support (on-site & remote) as SPOC
3. Troubleshoot hardware (laptop, desktop, mobile, printer)
4. Perform regular device inspection (physical & functional)
5. Provide temporary replacement devices to maintain productivity
6. Install, configure, and maintain OS (Windows, macOS, Linux)
7. Perform OS update, patching, and system troubleshooting
8. Manage user accounts, access rights, and email services
9. Handle email issues (delivery, sync, backup)
10. Support applications, VPN, and security tools
11. Ensure software licensing compliance
12. Manage IT asset lifecycle (prepare, distribute, maintain, return, dispose)
13. Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
14. Handle asset return, inspection, data wiping, and classification
15. Coordinate repair, vendor handling, warranty, replacement, and disposal
Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
2. 3 years experience in IT Support / IT Asset Management
3. Strong knowledge of hardware (laptop, desktop, mobile, printer)
4. Proficient in OS (Windows, macOS; Linux is a plus)
5. Experience in troubleshooting system and application issues
6. Familiar with account & email management (AD / Google Workspace)
7. Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and inventory management
8. Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and licensing
9. Basic understanding of IT security (antivirus, patching, access control)
10. Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools is a plus
11. Experience in vendor coordination and warranty handling
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Good documentation and administrative skills
14. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
15. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently & in team
