PT Multi Sukses Kolabo is seeking a skilled KOC Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- Create KOC plans strategies that align with campaign objectives and brand needs, while actively tracking social media shifts, digital platforms, and user-generated content (UGC) trends.
- Find and onboard the right KOCs for the target audience, and keep the KOC database updated.
- Cultivate positive connections with the KOC community to boost engagement and loyalty, supported by seamless communication with internal teams.
- Partner closely with Account, Creative, and Project Management teams to execute campaigns, craft precise creative briefs, manage project timelines, and monitor daily KOC activities.
- Supervise and review all KOC deliverables prior to posting to ensure that the content strictly complies with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, GMV) to generate insightful performance reports with future recommendations. Handling essential admin duties as agreements, documentation, and payment requests.

As a KOC Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Kualifikasi
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year experience as a KOC Specialist, Influencer Coordinator, or in a similar social media marketing role.
- Understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8, Shopee) along with their respective content trends, features, and algorithms.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, GMV) and translate data into insightful reports.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy, with strong negotiation skills to handle campaign administration and deadlines effectively.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
