🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Engage doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals through effective, science-based presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and potential prescribers.
- Identify new business opportunities in community and hospital settings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop winning strategies.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure smooth product availability and market coverage.
- Execute strategic sales plans, achieve targets, and provide regular field activity reports.
- Participate in medical events, round-table discussions, and conferences to support product visibility.

Kualifikasi
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Biology, etc.).
- Experience in sales or medical promotion is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Familiar with pharmacy channels, sales planning, and CRM tools (e.g., OPTIMA).
- Passionate about healthcare, ethical promotion, and continuous learning.
