FIT HUB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Bandung.

1. Lead and manage the Customer Service (CS) and Housekeeping (HK) teams.
2. Build a comfortable and positive work environment for team members.
3. Develop the potential of team members.
4. Establish monthly sales targets for membership renewals.
5. Establish and maintain quality and cleanliness standards for the club area and gym equipment functionality.
6. Implement strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operation Manager or equivalent position in the gym industry, or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry (service industry).
• Proven ability to lead and develop Customer Service and Housekeeping/Cleaner teams.
• Experience managing a team of at least 14 people.
• Experience working with sales targets.
• Experience in resolving operational issues, including handling member/customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
