Project Manager Assistant

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring, and documenting IT projects.

Manage project timelines and ensure project progress is aligned with targets.

Prepare and update project status reports on a regular basis.

Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Support coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Ensure all project requirements are properly documented.

Assist in identifying project risks and escalating issues to the Project Manager.

Monitor tasks using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

Support testing, deployment, and system implementation processes when required.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, IT project support, PMO, or related positions. fresh graduates with internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of project management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle.

Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Draw io.

Strong administrative and documentation skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.

Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus.

Willing to be placed in Bandung.
